CLARA NUZZOLESE
Clara Nuzzolese (1990) studied Building Engineering and Construction Techniques at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata". She graduated in July 2017 cum laude discussing the thesis entitled: "Leo Finzi and the tensostructures of the Genoa's Palasport and the St. Giovanni Bono's church in Milan". Currently she is a PhD Student in "Civil Engineering" (program: “Architecture and Construction”) at University of Rome "Tor Vergata". Clara's research, focused on the golden age of the large metal structures in Italy between the 50s and the late 70s, includes collaboration with several Institution (historical and technical archives) and important Italian steel constructors. Her investigation is developed as part of the project "SIXXI: Twentieth Century Structural Engineering: the Italian Contribution" by Sergio Poretti and Tullia Iori.
